Very possible. There were some puns, russian idioms and phraseology that just don't have english equivalent.

That russian fella from 2006 joined Sundial Aeon. Sundial Aeon is a group of ambient djs basically from poland, though they release in most of europe. i guess that's some good experience with transnational cooperations, isn't it?

Well, even if he's not that well-known, Scann-Tec is a good ambient musician and has contact with Mark Morgan, that's what matters.

I don't think this is a good idea. There's a lot of various "russian-speaking" resources. On the other hand, a lot of them use NMA as main source for F3-concerning news, well and other news actually too. So they are already translated "behind the scenes"...
