    Strange thing, when I entered the tower after working out a peaceful solution for both sides, there were a lot of new ghoul residents in the first floor. After I returned after a while, the humans were dead and the new ghouls nowhere to be found. Also the Roy dude didn't have any trading...

    Yeah, that would make sense. Only question is why would the American wastelanders call it by it's Chinese name? Although I can see some possible explanations for that, too - Maybe the name was also broadcast in Chinese propaganda and/or the post-apocalyptic American society adopted some words...

    Ah, okay, that explains that (and I think it's a nice touch), but what's up with the bear? And regarding the ruins: I agree that it looks more like after a (recent) regular bombing than like an atomic strike in DC. Don't know, maybe the bombs didn't hit the city directly and landed somewhere...

    Yeah, I was wondering about that myself. Why does the mutant bear have a Chinese name (yao guai means monster)? And why is there a Chinese radio station (with looping message from the war) receivable near the cathedral? Did the Chinese make it to DC?
