Yes, I'm completely stalled in this moment :( I noticed that Yellow dog and kid both become hostile after I talk to Ned. I also managed to kill Ned during first turn. Game hangs anyway.

I'll make it clear for all people, who like me couldn't figure it out. To hsrpen spear (or make any other tricky thing): 1) Left click on your character in game. 2) Wait until menu pops up. 3) Choose binocular. You will get to Mr. Fixit interface. From here it all will be clear.
