Do I have to install both of Killap's patches for bugfixes and added missing content? If yes, in which order?

Yep, checked for viruses and updated the drivers with no result. The demo ran clunky as well.

The camera doesn't move smoothly and it takes a moment for the characters to respond to commands. Is this supposed to be like this? If not, how to fix it?

I don't want to modify anything! The encounter booster had, the last time I successfully tried it, optimal traveling speed and encounter ratio. Messing with the numbers myself will me constantly wondering whether it is right or wrong. Dang it, where is that data folder with the worldmap text...

I want to use the encounter booster patch. I have to replace the worldmap readme file that is located in fallout/data/data. Yet I don't have a second data and a text version of worldmap does not exist. I can search for "worldmap" and indeed it show such a file but it says that its placed in...

I understand that it can me modified and that is the problem. I don't know what is the right speed or the frequency. I want the *original* speed not something I, or someone else, set up by guessing.

Unfortunately I can't. Does the encounter booster override Killap and more importantly, does it change the speed to the original version?

The question is whether Killap's changes the traveling speed to what it is supposed to originally be or if the speed is actually slower.

Yeah, thanks a lot. Anyway, the Q&A of Killap's patch says that you have manually change the lines and "experiment until it is right". But how am I supposed to know which value is right? I certainly don't remember the correct speed.

With Killap's patch is the traveling speed as fast as it was originally meant to be or something different? I have noticed that several people complained that encounters are too frequent. Basically, what am I supposed to do? Do I have to choose between normal traveling speed and bug fixes?
