They beta-test games? Are you sure? Every time I cranked up Oblivion I was amazed at how level and loot scaling could escape any kind of quality control... Or dungeon guards bumping into eachother and greeting surprisedly/enthusiatically before carrying on a meaningless conversation...

Actually, badgers are quite powerfull animals and can be very ferocious. Honey badgers even snack on king cobras. OT: NWN2 appears to chug a bit on 1280*1024 on my 7600GT with no AA so I've left it alone until I have more time for tweaking.

Making pure lead shot is easy, I think you're talking brass casings that require high temperatures. Led can be molten on a regular fire (did it) and can even be molded in hard wood (did that as well).

Personally, I hate the idea. As most of the major cities would have suffered direct hits, they would have been rendered uninhabitable, dangerous places to be scavenged for old tech and whatnot by experienced and well equipped explorers. Perhaps there would be groups of semi-feral...
