Science still works as perk requirements in F3/NV(for example: cyborg). Science skill is not only a requirement of 25, 50, 75.

Agree. To be honest, I hope Obsidian can make the next Fallout isometric. Even Bethesda made the 2D Fallout Shelter. Why stop there? Make more 2D Fallouts!! Therefore, they can use the Pillars of Eternity engine to make next Fallout. FPS Fallout should be developed by FPS developers.

That's why I think Arkane Studio or id Software could be candidates of new developers. Arkane Studio has made Arx Fatalis(2002), Dark Messiah(2006) and Dishonored(2012). It's not a stranger of FPS/RPG. Id Software had made....you know those. Rage is a tragedy, but you can imagine if Fallout 3...

All I want to see is Goris and his families in Fallout 4. Imagine a deathclaw wearing layered armor.

Fallout 3 is unbelieveable in many ways. I can never understand why they make the two rpgs by this broken engine.
