I've read information about f2se, and its ability to change game triggers (global and local variables), may be somebody can tell me what trigger I need to modify to tell Joe, that Karl is in Den?
Next question - about Karl.
When I was first time in Den I spoke with Karl and saw with binoculars on him, but Modoc Joe sent me to find Karl again (after the letter from Ghost Farm). I went to the Den again, and spoke with Karl, and nothing happened.
What is wrong? Karl doesn't speak about...
So, why my char with melee skill 140% and shown chance to hit 95% can miss 3 times in row? How much skill I need to have normal accuracy? Or it is a bug, only in my installed fallout?

I started to play "jinxed/bloody mess" evil guy with small and melee weapons.
Last time I played such crazy character, "jinxed" trait meaned, that many misses would be critical, but it seems now it means OFTEN and critical - with 140% melee chance to miss is near to...
