    Without seeing the master so I go to the overseer and he says he's still alive. But the base is in ruins. So I can't get to the master.

    If you mean the Mariposa military base, that's not where you find him.

    Can someone tell me what fallout 4's dlc Far Harbor is about. Is it like the fallout 3 dlc point lookout or is it different?

    Similar to Point Lookout in terms of aesthetic and purpose (to give players a new landmass to explore) though I have heard good things about some of its writing (can't verify it personally). It does have a puzzle so horrid that mods to skip that puzzle are extremely popular.

    No. It appears we'll be hanging off that cliff forever. See valve used to make games. Now they make money. I don't forsee us ever getting half life 2: episode three.
