Bioware recently announced a Sci-fi RPG game for the Xbox360 called Mass Effect and it's looks really really promising! More info about the game can be found at www.bioware.com.
There's a book called "After the flood" by the scandinavian author Per Christian Jersild which I've read and it was quite good. It was alot darker if you compare it to the Fallout setting and it felt kind of "realistic".

Hehe maybe so but there are few things I can't discover in the game with a hacked one! After beating the game with a normal character I want to see what I missed the first time around and the best way to do that is with a hacked chosen one!
Hehe after that I loaded my last saved game and tried again, and that time I succeded in killing them but when I fled from the now furious village into the next area to escape their wrath I got a game over!
How about this then: let us say you create a hacked character with 10 in strength, perception and all the rest of them. He, the Chosen One, has absolutely no problem with finishing the temple of trials and you can really feel how the village puts all their hopes into him. After all, he has it...
