I am playing fallout 2 with a iq of 3. Looking for the first place I would aquire a menat while following the general gameplay so not going west to san fran. But in normal gameplay where can I first get one either by store or location. Thanks!

yeah i someone actually answering this on gamefaq but yeah as a newbie char they couldnt detect the citizens but now that i gained some levels i can see them ..lol

They look like ghost even the farmer and the hermit are transparent is this normal? I don't remember them being this way when i played the game years ago

If I have my PE @ 10 at start of game and get the sharpshooter ability will it stack? giving me 12 pe for range attack modifiers? Also will this stack on the divine ability?

What is the best weapon against these beast from the following list Plasma rifle, Laser Rifle, Gauss Rifle.. or any weapon that uses small gun/energy weapons? Thx for any advice against these beasts Also what area of the body do you attack to get best crit?

Its been awhile since i played and can't remember if he will die from a stimpack being used on him or if its in his inventory and he uses them.

With alot of people having problems playing the game with xp I don't see the problem with re-releasing the game onto xp/console systems. And maybe even fixing the bugs while they are at it. But since there is little incentive for them to do this.. Throw in there crappy game and I have no problem...

Maybe if they included fallout 1 & 2 converted to run on the console systems bundled with this game would intice me buy it heh
