Its called BOSEEdit.exe it allows you to edit your squads skills and such. Doesn't allow you to edit their portrait though, too bad its what i was looking for.

I can make new sqaud members and place them on a map so that they join up with me, but I can't seem figure out how to give my created squad member pictures, or even change pictures of premade characters. Can someone help please?! Also see the link below. :wink...
