Troika. Hands down. It´s been already explained why. Also, I think the Fall looks somewhat "odd". Thumbs up for both anyways.

Troika or Nival assisted with BIS guys should finish the job IMO. Nival did such a great job with Silent Storm. They´d just change the name... Both of those companies have good enough engines. The dying IPLY should sell whatever it can as it has done so far. I´m talking about all the stuff BIS...
