Do you need an 3d model to create Tactics APA mkI helmet? Could you make it from scratch using photos and screenshots?

I have made one piecie of t-51b too. Unfortunately it's a bit small. I didn't know about it. I will not make another one soon. Maybe layter (in 2-3 months) I will start making it to look like real one (I will fiberglass and paint it). What about tactics helmet? Any ideas how to make it?

Well, I didn't mean this type of helmet that you've posted. I want to make the same one I have in my avatar. I think that it looks similar to the enclave power armor from Fallout3 but needs some changes. Could someone do it for me? Here you can find a reference...

Does anyone have a pepakura model of Power Armor helmet from the cover of Fallout Tactics? Maybe someone could unfold one for me. Thank you in advance, because I want to make such a helmet as a birthday present for my brother.
