I just like to see Obsidian not mess this up or detor too much from what we already had. IMO, Bethesda did a heck of a job. I would like to see more places to check out-more destinations in the wasteland but I feel that vegas may be limited...not so much a sprawl

Yep. With that said, every time I begin a new game I always try to go the path of most resistance. Sometimes it's just easier to just be the bad guy and not care so much 8-)
