Question about zeta scans There are 2 different zeta scans in Fallout 2, one in NCR, the other in San Francisco. One raises your Luck and Intelligence by 1, the other just your Luck by 2. That's how I remember it, if I'm wrong, feel free to correct me 8) My question is (this is the part...
