I didn't mean you can't criticise. Of course you can. Everyone can. But most people are eager to criticise. And often those who complain are not willing to help.

Instead of grumbling about the project/team, you could join and help to develop the AoA... If you want something to be done right - help with it whenever it's possible instead of whining.
