Is this mod still a thing? I like the notion of having Boston being a technologically advanced city state with The Institute being more benign. Also Ronto is a faction that I'm interested in.

Personally I think alot of these Total Conversion mods are a waste of time. Most will collapse, I'm up for exploring the Capitol Wasteland and the Mojave in the Fallout 4 engine but I'd rather I did it as the Sole Survivor, no matter how unlikely it would be for them to get there. Real life...
