Have you tried changing the configuration in f1_res_Config.exe? Or changing the settings in ddraw.ini and f1_res.ini? Check the Troubleshooting Guide, maybe there is a solution for you. A reinstall may fix it too. If not you'll just have to wait for someone more informed. Or just play it on a...
