How does the game determine which level of punches and kicks your character uses? It seems that the stat and skill requirement checks aren't used when I look in the entity editor, so how the hell does the game figure out that I am able to do a piercing kick? I don't think level...

I believe these perks were taken out quite early on in the patches as they were found to unbalance the game. You sure as heck aren't going to find them 1.27 -- why aren't you playing with 1.27 anyways? Do you like bugs? :) phatty
