I just got the DIvine Favour Perk for my main character, and it seems to have raised his Charisma from 9 to 10, is that all that it does? Or is there something else that comes along with it? -PB2K

In order to gain the full benefits of the Explorer perk (I wish to be able to get special encouters easier), does my main character have to have it or do I simply have to have a member of my party with the perk? Thanks.
