This EXP bug is actually a bit weird. When i exit Fallout and load my game, everything is fine, for some time. I tested it couple of times and this bug seems to appear when you play like 2-3h in row.

There seems to be a EXP bug. Im leveling up around EPA and from aliens, fire geckos, centaurs and floaters i get either half exp i should get or none.

I have few problems in EPA. Is there any way to open/override those locked doors with codes? I have finished all Doctors quests and 2 from holograms yet i cant find any clue how to open these doors. I also cant figure out how to get that woman out of suspension tank alive.

I have a few questions. Firstly i cant repair the computer in Vault13, i have only one vault13.gam under data but i think its because i did overwrite it. Probably means i cant finish the quest? Then about Cold Hearts. Its maybe a silly question but where exactly are they?...I do have the quest...
