All I can tell you is that it was translated by Michael Kandel in 1977. And it was published by Harvest Books on May 15, 1992 in San Diego: Harcourt Brace Jovanovich. Just as this site and several others claim. There is some more info there, as well. But I guess you found out this stuff...
