just re-dowloaded the old demo and indeed it's really slow. Did you try booting under os9? Fallout wasn't originally made for os x.

lol why are all those pc users so aggressive when it comes to mac? some kind of complex you think? On the other hand i agree with them: dissolving your mac in acid or smashing it would obviously make it work like a pc.

well i guess a nice rocket could reduce a pack of many rats to many little bits.

I mean what does it *exactly* change?? does someone know? I know that in fallout, you had a penalty to all your rolls and the comp did have a bonus to all his rolls. But there in the manual it says something like 1) the ennemy is smarter (duh!) 2)he aims better (how better?)

I managed to get back in after the last briefing (to get some additionnal stuff too) so that shouldnt be a problem. I already had random encouter with this 'unable to go out' problem...i never been able to solve it except for taking an older save game.

I think this game was meant to be played in CTB.Thats how i played. In squad turn based, you can bring one of your guy, shoot, and then bring another and shoot too. And then its the comp's turn.

yeah i understand, but it's not about cheating it's about 'emulating' the tough guy mode...and thats why i needed this perk, i know its quite a useless perk :)

My pc crashes so often that i can't possibly go any further in tough guy mode... so i was thinking, why not cheat and give 20 'swift learner' perk to my character, so i would have the bonus exp and still be able to save before a crash... Well it didn't work at all :? no experience bonus...

I just noticed that no matter the armor level of my ennemy (altough i'm before bunker epsilon), a single shotgun, found in the first level does more damage than a minigun at point blank(avenger or vindicator). So is this another balance problem or am i missing something?
