It looks similar to fallout 2. I think they could have improved the graphics. Mediocre graphics and not turned based.
I think i will skip this one out.
There has to be a few creative moders out there that can repair the damage Bethesda has done. I feel the game can be saved.
Just needs a lot of work. If i had the free time I would get involved in modding non-stop. So yes this game needs alot of work,
Dont know if anybody has had the same problem?
I installed Killap's Unofficial Fallout 2 Patch, and ive noticed that the amount of enemys in Random Encounters has increased significantly. I wonder if somebody knows if there's a way to configure the game so that there can be less enemies on...
Boy this is a mess! I hope somebody out there can fix all of this.
Yes I do believe in the power of mods. Just don't know how much of it can be saved.
I get the feeling some dev's at Bethesda thought about it, since this would be one of the first mods people would actually think of making.
So I am guessing there will be something like an option in the future CS. Cross my fingers.
Brainstorm
Some ideas.
1. Stealing not affecting karma, unless maybe if it is an unsuccessful steal.
2. Some type of weather effect.
3. Create random encounters in fast travel.
4. Have nude scenes with prostitutes.
5.Child killing (Have a little child with the face of Tod Howard) :)
Hi i just had a question, Ive never finished FO2, but in F01 you could increases any skill in your special by going to the BOS Medical center. Is there any way you can increase your special in F02?
Thank You.
Personally I don't care if they hire 100 voice actors.
Fallout has always been about quality not quantity.
You had a few talking heads, but they made each one count, and each one was unique. I get the feeling that even thou there's a significant amount money invested in voice actors. If the...
Well at least the guy did his homework. I was surprised he mentioned "A boy and his dog". Let's hope he gets the big picture.
Oh, and good luck with the match against Russia Brother None. I get the feeling you guys are going all the way.
The good thing is a dev' stoped by today to check the new screen shots thread in the fallout site. I hope he was left wondering why people don't like mutants doing somersaults!! :P
1.Put some hair on the guy.
2. Make his skin a normal color. From any range, light to brown.
3. Take away does little deformitys.
And you got yourself a normal guy.
Put some hair, and some normal skin color on this one. And you got still have an ORC.
I agree i have never done a mod before in my life, but if it comes with a CS, i would definately work my butt off to improve the mutants.
Considering you have the ability to do so with a CS.
Im an IT major, but i've never done a mod before. But when it comes to fallout i would give it my best...
