I've played both Fallout 1 and Fallout 2 (just like another billion gamers), and my biggest complaint about Fallout 3 is the lack of comedic shtick. Fallout 1 and 2 had quite a few low-brow jokes and shitck built into them, whereas Fallout 3 seems to be just a Oblivion clone with guns. Perhaps...
