    I think a way to please everyone would be to just make a catapault that uses the ammo for Flamers as its bomb, that way you still get the fireball and essentially the same weapon, but you don't get the idiocy that annoys Fallout fans.

    Not the actual Black Panthers, I was saying if we'd see any sort of racial issues going on besides stuff like Super Mutants and stuff, I wouldn't be surprised to see something somewhat similar.
