They sell loads in SF, i think both shops on land and both shops on the tanker can get them, definitely the general store on the tanker and Flying Dragon are decent sources. Also as Per said you can get one in the NR basement which is probably the easiest way.

Hide in a pile of cockroaches, Cockroaches are very resistant to radiation, so it could help :? scorpions are even more resistant but they may sting me.
