Bug? I tried to steal from puking charlie (cured) at vault city but the inventory window does not come up. Nothing happens when I tried to steal from him.

Actually that's the first typo I reported~
Anyway, I found something odd. When my character is running while wearing the leather jacket or the combat leather jacket, he would pause for 1/5 of a second every other step at the same frame.
It looks fine when I'm wearing vault suit, leather...

If not, would it be allright if I overwrite the file with the one from Encounter Boost patch by Miran & Haris? Would this remove important critical fixes or...
