@Sduibek And what about a full repack of the modded game? That's a good option too. The game doesn't pass the disk space of a CD (at least on installers or something).
I'm using the GoG version. Now, your original method is functioning properly. I run the game with your shorcut and is fine, but that's because of that method of installation. If the path have been changed when the mod overwrites vanilla, the shorcut wouldn't work.

Two simple reasons. To rip the modded game, and save disk space. But I get your point. So at least, I'll ask for an executable (falloutw.exe) or specific group of files, that can allow me to play the overwritten game with the mod files, if you don't have any problem. I'd appreciate that.
