We have a yearly music festival called "Eat the rich", it occupies a couple of alleys. A handful of punk bands will play, and people will tumble around drunk. One year they gave away free booze, which was then frowned upon by the municipality (who are kind enough to fund the event in the first place)

Sounds terrible tbh.

Oh no? What part of minimal selection of "local punk rock basement talent" crammed into small alleys, with drunk people piling alongside the walls disagrees with you!? D:
