I bring it up because I've got multiple books by Dan Jones going at once, one of which being his Wars of the Roses, and all throughout it makes you realize that his wife wore the pants very openly and ruled the kingdom with her douchebag lover poorly, giving the Yorkists an excuse to rally.

I think it would've happened eventually anyways, given York's frustration at being snubbed for the English crown by Henry's forefathers, but it could at least have given York a less relatable opiate for the masses if Henry did his fucking job right and the English people didn't feel like they were being ruled by a French woman and her bull.
