It's a paradox. If you work, you have money to buy games but no time to play them. If you don't work you have plenty of time, but no money to buy them.
eh i make a decent amount for my age. either way there's no point in buying digital content considering if you just wanna play the game rather than physically own it then you may as well just nick it from your local torrent site.
also i apologize for the are you retarded comment. i wasnt creative enough to think of another way to kickstart a convo about the value of digital goods.
I do! and 'd be happy to purchase a legal copy of, for example, Tyranny if obsidian were to release a physical copy to stores but i'm not gonna support any industry going full digital.
how so? in the case of purchesing digital games you're only purchasing permission to run the software essentially. if you delete that game and then its removed from the store, what then? i don't like digital games. the format is just not to my taste how is that retarded?
Oh my god, digital is so dumb, I totally want to have to spend physical space on discs that then can get damaged for a number of reasons and lose access to the shit I bought. I also want to have to physically ship games that I want to play from another country and have to pay double for them. I also want only AAA developers who can shoulder the costs of printing thousands of useless discs to be able to make games.
Continuing to spend on plastic that fucks up the envirorment and have to keep older and older hardware to be able to play shit I buy or rebuy it because physical media formats change all the time, built in obsolence is the best!
Being able to store all my music in a device? That's dumb, I rather have to lug around a bunch of cassettes and CDs to be able to switch albums on the fly. And Books? I like lunging pounds of paper on my backpack whenever I fly because digital is so gay.
Paying a monthly fee to be able to watch whatever I want on the fly? Nah, I rather waste money on a bunch of bluerays, that I also need a special player to watch! Digital is so gay
