Isn't Fallout 4 a pain in the ass to mod compared to previous games though? I heard so much shit is hardcoded. Skyrim seems to be everyone's favorite when it comes to modding.

Is it? I usually mostly see a bunch of Settlement mode stuff and downgraded versions of better mods. Is there a Project Nevada type of mod for it? The only Cool mod I've seen is the New Vegas total conversion.

I've only ever heard of the FROST one. My problem is most of them aren't good to make it a better RPG. It might make the game more interesting as a shooter though.
