He was unfunny in everything I ever watched him in. He made me cringe before I knew cringe was a concept.

Never seen John C. Reily as a funny actor but, I did like his role in the show Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. So I think he's a solid actor, just it seems comedy isn't his strong suit.
