Boss: Well, that's good and all but we got this Computer engineer who took a CSS course. He has no design experience but he would do.
I am just kidding, they never tell me this, I find out later on my own.

Me: I need a Web Developer with experience with Drupal because this page has a lot of developments that I can't do because I am not a programmer.
Boss: Ok, here he is!
Him: Hi.
Me: So you have experience working on Drupal?
Him: No, I've never worked on Drupal.
