In addition, I could visit the doctor, but that shits expensive. Besides, I generally wait out my health problems and they... get worse. Yeah I might go to the docs.

Why is it that the black lung of my dreams only occurs when I begin to love life and myself and no longer want to die? Lmao

Just yawned and started coughing violently. Honestly I might just keep this “thread” going and talk about all my smoking-induced health issues as they progress into likely a black lung and/or cancer lmfao

EDIT: so best case, it’s just an acute result of my smoking more than usual as of late. Worst case it’s non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. If the latter... don’t let them bury me in Vault City.

Horrible fun trivia - the more you smoke, the less you'll cough, since you kind of coat your lungs with tar and shit, and then maintain it that way, you're just comfortably out of breath all the time. Once you quit or pause, say hello to days of continous coughing, as it all comes loose

(If you only smoke weed, replace tar with cannabis oil - gunk is gunk. If you mix, you get the best of both worlds! M-m-mmm!)

I used to wake up coughing up shit every morning. I use a vape mod now but hope to quit it as well. Nicotine is terrible.

I only smoked one whole cigarette so far in my life and the taste of ash it left in my mouth just made me not want to continue. Plus the way is see some of my relatives due to heavy smoking, specially my dad, just makes me not want to smoke.

Yeah, usually the first bunch aren't so great then you get that acquired taste. Kinda like unsweetened caffeine and alcohol.
