As a huge Alien fan - or well I WAS ... - it always makes me a little angry when people treat Ridley Scott as like the father, inventor and person behind the Alien Franchise. The guy directed ONE movie. He didn't write the script. He didn't get the Creature in to it. He didn't come up with the idea. He didn't create it. But he's famous for it. That's all.
