Pop music sells dude. It's not rocket science, it's catchy choruses and whatnot. I can see why people like most pop music, kinda like blockbusters. It's to sell, not to challenge the art form.

Still obnoxious. I like pop, but modern pop seems... annoying, I guess. Like music is getting dumber. I don’t care if it’s formulaic, I care if it’s nice to listen to. Which imo, Lizzo isn’t.

Eh, I've heard a lot worse. Maybe I just stopped worrying about it for the most part. I listen to things, if I like it I like it, if I don't I don't. And I just add the ones I like to my stuff to obtain later.
