Well first off know that Anime isn't a language. also just fake it till you make it.

Wanting to learn mandarin and Spanish. French would be nice too afterwards if I manage to learn the other two well enough.

Mandarin is going to be the hardest of the lot bar none. It's like, in the 77+ week range.

Spanish and French, to English, are far more easier. Maybe French is easier than Spanish, but I'm naturally bilingual in Spanish and English so I'm biased to Spanish.

Learn those two first, then try Mandarin. It can be done, but phew.
