No Mutants Allowed

My mods are
- Restoration Patch v.25
- Inventory Filter v.2.0
- FO2Tweaks v.12.8
- RPU Talking Heads Addon
- Sfall 4.3.3 (Not RPU Sfall, I followed the readme and overwrote everything besides the ddraw.ini)

The error message goes as follows.
"The instruction at 0048c8e5 referenced memory at eb510020
The memory could not be read from"

I believe this bug started occurring when I downloaded the newest Sfall version. Nova Rain tried to reenact my bug, he pointed out where a prostitute was using an item on his right-hand slot. But his game didn't crash, something about a valid pointer issue. Similar to my situation where a prostitute uses Jet but my game crashes.

At this point I've come up with 5 options. Can you point out which one(s) I should try?
A. Uninstall Sfall/reinstall it or not install Sfall and use RPU's Sfall?
B. Reinstall RPU and let it overwrite all Sfalls files.
C. Uninstall my game and reinstall it.
D. Uninstall Sfall and RPU reinstalling RPU only?
E. Wipe my Fallout 2 folder, back up my save files, and reinstall the game and my mods besides the newest Sfall?
