James Gunn is a good writer and director when not attached to Disney.

I really like Vigilante and Economos. The two women on the team are kinda wathever tho. But all in all the show is really fucking funny.

Harcourt is cool but Waller Jr. is so naïve it hurts.

It really throws me off how Peacemaker's nazi dad looks like David Lynch so much.

It's all connected.

I wonder if DC's going have Harcourt end up like she did in the comics.

I don't read DC comics so I wouldn't know.

Unlike the Loki show I am not either cringing or asking the stupid thing to stop explaining rules or feeling like I watching a trailer for the next Avengers. What is this? A series whose purpose is to entertain by itself? Ridiculous.

Loki started out great though. Atleast that what I though. But the show just got progressively shittier as it went on.

I thought it started out shit and only got worse.

I thought it would have been fine if they killed Mobius so stakes were there instead they weren't.

But anyway, Peacemaker is pretty good. James Gunn is really doing his thing like he doesn't give a fuck and it works great on a series. As far as I can tell, nothing on it is even based on anything from any comic.

They are using some character elements which is all that matters since Peacemaker has had several versions. I hope he sees Nazi ghost dad like in the comic just for the hell of it.

Didn't Mobius get pruned or whatever? I think he's dead? Agreed Peacemaker, has really made me come to appreciate Gunn's work. And the Wigwam intro dance is very rewatchable lol.

Edit: I think they killed off White Dragon too soon though. I was starting to get real Stormfront from The Boys vibes from his character.

Getting pruned just meant you went to another universe which was dumb.

I got to episode 4 and I was so checked out I wasn't even registering anything. Why was the point of "silvy" being a Loki if she isn't even anything like him? Just a run of the mill marvel female hero with nebulous powers. Basically Scarlett Witch but green.
