Eh, it just seems weird to me. Engine limitations aside (I'm sure the Khans do have a big operation going on with characters like Tyrone and all) I just don't really buy that the Omertas would want to bank their drug supply on the Khans. Stuff gets in circulation, but the Omertas would want a stable supply. Hence why I think they should have their own manufacture going on.

I imagine Big Sal saying, "I ain't relying on some dumb fuck tribal war lords in the desert for my goods. Set up a real fuckin' lab."

Why they are the exception. Of course they can supply the fiends and strip.

It just doesn't seem that farfetched that the Omertas would be able to supply themselves. Plus the Omertas are paranoid as fuck. I'm not sure they'd want to rely on a group that could be wiped out by the NCR at any time (which does eventually happen if you go the NCR route).
