No Mutants Allowed

Every time I am attacked, I am denounced by everyone as a warmonger. I put up with it for a while, untill I somehow start to declare war on people, without actually declaring war on people... :S

As in, the AI - or the game - puts me in war with people, without my consent. The log says I declared war on them, when I never did...
