Well if i am honest with you hear ; The general wasteland feel was better for me. It generally felt more pooper. I think max i ever got was 10k and in NV was 400k (Now i know probably play NV more). It did feel more ruin down like people where struggling. I like the atmo of places such as rivet city i found that to be a very intresting city at was pretty logical and uqnie

How NV isn't as good atm for me in the general wasteland it defintly had a good fell in freeside and strip dam that shit is good. Although the NCR miltary bases feel like an actual army. So there is defo pros and cons for each. Don't get triggered though its only ATm I am not talking about quest or faction because NV is clearly on the next level

But one thing I will give fo3 was atmoshere because of things like the ambient music and little things like I did very much enjoy and they do impact te element of it. But that is literally the only thing that on a similar level to NV. Everything is far below it like shoting, faction , settlements even. So yeah I hope noone has to genocide
