And vampires can get horny as fucking hell, succubi can suck out the life force of any gender (even attack helicopters) and vampires can drink any and all blood to sustain themselves. Obviously when I ask this question I meant that they can devour one another. The question is, who'd win?

As far as I know vampires kinda put those they bite into in a kind of petrified state so that they can't fight back, however, a succubi makes the other party extremely horny so that they can't think straight. Am I wrong in that? (obviously for this part we're not going with 'my' canon)

Depends on the "lore". Succubus for example can charm people (most of the time only men), vampires can also charm people.
But in different lore vampires can't charm people and Succubus can be defeated by a strong willed man.
I guess you should go with whatever you feel fits best.

The dominant one. There might be a bit of a foreplay to determine who's alpha but once it is settled the other would pretty much just succumb to the stronger one.
A Succubus feeds from male sexual energy and vampires are undead so they can't get erections. On the other hand vampires can only feed from human blood so no demonic blood would work.
Vampires being undead do not die from hunger, they just get more feral, so the vampire will survive unless the Succubus somehow kills it.
