It just seemed like one of those things that everyone says is good but it's secretly the worst thing ever. Like TWD.

Don't you dare mention Attack on Titan and The Walking Turds in the same sentence! Also, don't watch the live action movie.

Yeah I liked season 1 a lot, but I haven't gotten to season 2 just yet. I don't want to sound edgy, but the animation is done very well for an anime. the characters are very expressive, and that makes the show just that much better.

Animes with short seasons usually have the best animation. It's the long winded 100 episode cycle anime that tend to have the crappy "QUARITY" animation.

Tbh I've started with season two. On the animation all I have to say is I really like that they blended cgi with traditional animation. Looks great.

Why not start... hear me out now, this is crazy, with the beginning of the story instead?
