All this spam makes you almost wish for another nuclear winter.

I can enjoy Skyrim(with mods) but I just can't for Fallout 4. Its too insulting and makes me sad.

I know what you mean. I can always go back to Morrowind.

I mean, Fallout 4 as a Fallout game sucks.
But I still like the game, even if I find it has major flaws that ruin the experience.

I think it just means that you don't know or own better instances of the same genres, though

I do, I love New Vegas, I like Witcher 3, I enjoyed Skyrim and I feel that Stalker is also pretty good.
I just can't bring myself to hate Fallout 4 anymore

There are way better survival games tho. And building/crafting/sim games. Nevermind FPS shooters. Hatinf it or not, Fo4 is weaker than the sum of its parts, imho. I'd give a go to a Borderlands game with pals if you like fo4 in that way.

I played Borderlands, it was alright, just kind of eh...

One can only hate for so long until said hate fizzles out and becomes replaced with indifference.
