No Mutants Allowed

Barely any of the people reviewing it talks about the game itself, the gameplay, the content, or the changes compared to the previous games.
It gives me the idea that mods honestly are the only good thing about this game because no one is willing to write about the rest other than the occasional "This is one of the best games ever" (but never explaining why)

It's because ELEX was also released, and the folks at Beth is very, very afraid.

Bethurdsda has generated a lot of bad faith for their next release. I doubt they will recover easily, specially when the Season Pass (which also has a Mixed rating) is still more expensive than some games and they haven't addressed any complaints about their Creation CLub scheme.

And Fallout 4 was such a wet fart that people have been comparing it to new vegas unfavorably in the mainstream for a while now. It's great.
