Be sure to visit a trainer; captain bernard, that way you could level up swordfighting much faster and learn new technique that makes the combat not clunky.

I'm gonna wait for the lockpicking revamp. I allready broke one controller before, I want to keep this one.

I don't feel like buying a new PC every few years. Consoles are cheaper. I've always been a PC-guy when it comes to games, but then again, I always had to wait for 15-20 years before I could finally run some games

The only gripe i have with this game is the sheer amount of cut content that were promised back in the day during kickstarter. I have followed this game since 2015, making it worse that none of the backer goal were implemented right now.

No tourney, no Crossbows, no character customization, missing weapon skill perk (polearm, archery, shield, etc) and other thing that i almost lost count of it. Horse combat is..meh i think? they promised once to be more like M&B, also the town and the city currently is very quiet compared to what were shown during earlier trailer.

I could only hope they continously updating and adding those cut feature in the next few months and years. (The act 3, which currently not yet shipped will be released in late 2018)

Char customization woulda been cool though. That's what makes the real RPG experience, you being you - or your version of you - or a character you wanna pull off etc. However, more and more seem to appreciate set characters with set storylines (especially since it means no girl characters possible, HAHA IN YOUR FACE GIRLS!!!)

Actually they did plan to add female character, of course with playset completely different than henry, more brain instead of muscle . Imagine playing as cersei like character, surrounded with lots of intrigue and backstabbing as female; combat is possible only if you go joan of arc or Ida of Formbach-Ratelnberg route.

Well, to be fair, most avg guys are good only for cannon fodder, infantry volume "we have 20 000 troops", that's why we dream and imagine that we're killer mc slaughterpants, when we are not

Yes but our roles is basically like a scout/ranger for the main army that is very good in skirmishing rather than participating a battle, iirc some battle are won with skirmishing and attrition alone that is through raiding supply line and demoralishing enemy camp; which we actually did in later mission with cumans.

I'm 20 hours in have't got any decent armour at all. I'm pretty okay at fighting but still not getting there. Have about 1.2 k Saved up early ready to get some proper Armour. My speech is at a high level and I've got for a decent amout of story done. Dont feel over powered yet. But now I'm training my sword fight I will probbaly be getting over powered pretty quick

Lol you gonna love it when getting your first plate armor, everyone will greets you as sir knight. Iam cheating btw, using treasure map and dig the chest somewhere west of rattay. Don't forget to abuse alchemy a lot too, its quite OP and some of the potion is very useful for stealth and fighting in dark.

Its so expesnive though saw some for 1.4k. And the arm armour is fricking expensive too. Oh really ? I feel like hunting is cheating you can make so many money quickly (When you cook the meat . Where can you find the alchemy place to make stuff ? Could't find on yet. Got tons of herbs though
