Remember Necropolis? That was a pretty major sprawling city in ruins that was never really fully explored. In fact, you really only got a tiny piece of it (the piece you needed for the game). We've never really gotten to see a city like Necropolis in Fallout ... which I think they are...

Okay .. it's not a Fallout 3 sequel like I would have wanted .. but it's still Fallout and I have always respected Bethesda's work. I can bitch all I want and say that this sucks or that sucks, but I'd just be lying to myself if I said I wasn't going to buy that the second it hit shelves.

Correct, we are modding the original engine for FO2. However, we have written a brand new fallout story with all new locations to explore. We will also have some new perks, items, weapons and of course Characters. That's the main reason it's taken so long to get the project off the ground...
